FFDOA Membership Application

• Memberships and Premium Memberships are available ONLY to FFDOs.
• Basic Membership is Free and affords limited access to our professional discounts.
• Premium Memberships are $55, and will provide access to our entire site including our secure member's forum to discuss the program with other FFDOs, a comprehensive Legal Defense Plan, privileged communications from our Legislative Team, Instructor articles, helpful links and more. 
• Premium Memberships will receive a $10 discount off the Professional Liability Insurance (PLI) plan.
• All information will be kept strictly confidential.
• Again, Memberships are only offered to FFDOs.
• Strength in numbers…pass the word.
  

Here's how the membership process works:

1. Fill out the on-line application below (Please include your credential number, your application will not be approved without it).
2. Fill in the DATE and TITLE of the two most recent aviation operation messages from the dashboard in the "NOTES" section of the FFDOA Membeship Application.
3. We will verify your eligibility and you will receive an email notifying you of approval. You cannot log into the web site until your credentials have been verified!
4. We are all volunteers, so please allow several days for us to process your application and verify your eligibility.
